Their fibromyalgia challenges and a new possible solution

For several years Gaga has been open about her struggles with chronic pain for many years but not everyone understood the difficulties. In her Netflix documentary “Gaga: Five Foot Two,” released in 2017, Gaga gave her fans a behind-the-scenes look at her struggles with pain and opened up about the challenges of finding treatments. This documentary gave an inside look into her life and what she goes through. Celebrity life isn’t always fun and games, this documentary was eye-opening and brought her fans closer together. She also did the documentary in support of people who also are experiencing fibromyalgia, “I hope people who struggle with chronic pain know they’re not alone” said Gaga.

Previously, Lady Gaga said she tested “borderline positive” for lupus and that she dealt with chronic pain after breaking her hip but then in 2017 it was confirmed that the cause of her pain was fibro, a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood swings. Even with a net worth of $300 million, Gaga wasn’t immune to the disorder that effects millions of Americans.

What does it really feel like? Well sometimes she said her “diaphragm seizes up. Then I have a hard time breathing, and my whole body goes into a spasm. And I begin to cry…It’s really a cyclone of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and panic disorder, all of which sends the nervous system into overdrive, and then you have nerve pain as a result.” said Gaga.

As of right now there is no known cure for fibro but a recent study in Israel yielded positive results. There’s a natural remedy which has significant favorable effects. I’ll add the link for that study but continue reading for now…

Guess what. Gaga isn’t the only world-famous singer who’s going through this. Many experts agree that a similar disorder to fibromyalgia is chronic fatigue syndrome and that’s where Cher comes in the story.

In the entertainment business since the 1960s, Cher recently developed chronic fatigue syndrome which she said left her too exhausted to sustain her music and film careers. “It makes me depressed… it was devastating for me” said Cher in a recent interview.

Gaga and Cher are actually friends. They’ve been friends for years and even collaborated on a song together. It’s called the Greatest Thing

What are the chances both of them have similar issues? Pretty high actually since there’s so many Americans who have fibro and CFS. At first I personally was ignorant, I was thinking oh how can people who have hundreds of millions of dollars not be able to afford the medicine, the therapeutic treatment, the proper nutrition, or WHATEVER the fix is, how can they not, they have so much money they can buy anything they want. But I was wrong. When there’s no solution, there really is no solution no matter how much money you throw. But throwing is not what they’re doing. In fact, they’ve been funding so many research facilities to help find cures for it and other common disorders that still have no remedy for.

I did some research and I was surprised at the huge number of places they’ve donated millions of dollars for. Yes not all are health related, not all are for fibro research but I think they’re ALL for a good cause for the greater good. Here’s just SOME of the places they’ve both donated.

I think it’s only a matter of time until one of our favorite artists finds a solution so many desperately crave. Although the Israel study is definitely worth reading into possibly even trying since it’s becoming so common now in the US. I know you have no idea what I’m talking about but here it is, read for yourself. I hope it helps you. Bless you all.
